Chevron – Client for 15 years
As the onsite moving contractor for Chevron’s corporate headquarters in San Francisco, Tri-Star provided essential moving services on a daily basis. Under the scope of our commercial services, we worked closely with the construction trades on tenant improvement projects, relocated the employees and board of director’s offices and moved Chevron’s corporate airport terminal from San Francisco to Oakland when they constructed their own terminal. This relocation included the offices, jet parts and the tugs. Tri-Star Moving was selected to relocate over 3,000 employees in San Francisco to Concord and San Ramon when Chevron moved headquarters in 1999 through 2000.

California Pacific Medical Center, St. Lukes Hospital – Client for 6 years
Tri-Star provided daily moving services for the relocation of office and medical equipment on multiple campuses.

Pacific Bell / SBC / AT&T Yellow Pages – Client for 19 years
In addition to providing moving services to relocate furniture and equipment in multiple Bay Area locations, Tri-Star furnished moving and storage services for all computer equipment relocations for the Yellow Page campaign offices in Northern California.

Schlage Lock Factory – Client for 8 years
Tri-Star furnished moving services for Schlage relocating office furniture and heavy machinery. When Schlage closed its original San Francisco factory, Tri-Star Moving was selected to relocate their heavy machinery and archives to multiple out of state locations.

California Culinary Academy – Client for 9 years
Tri-Star provided moving services relocating furniture and commercial kitchen equipment to multiple locations in San Francisco. When the decision was made to leave the original location in San Francisco and consolidate to a single campus in SOMA we were the company chosen to relocate the balance of the surplus kitchen equipment to multiple locations across the United States.

As the onsite moving contractor, Tri-Star provided moving services on a daily basis including replacing monitors on the trading floor after closing. We were chosen to relocate the servers, computer equipment and archives from Los Angeles to San Francisco when the Southern California location closed. Additionally, we executed the relocation of furniture and employees during restructuring of the San Francisco location during the purchase by NYSE / ARCA. Over the past few years we have provided moving services to renovate and remodel the existing trading floor.

Kirkpatrick & Lockhart / K&L Gates LLP – Client for 10 years
Tri-Star provides moving and storage services for the San Francisco and Palo Alto offices of K& L Gates. We fulfilled complex moving services for the merger of Kirkpatrick & Lockhart, LLP and Preston, Ellis & Gates, LLP in 2006. Tri-Star was chosen again for the relocation of their San Francisco office in 2009. We assisted K&L Gates with their resulting surplus office furniture, locating liquidators and buyers after the move.

Thomson/Thomson Reuters – Client for 11 years
Tri-Star provides moving services for all of Thomson Reuters Bay Area locations. Our comprehensive services with Thomson Reuters include the execution of office consolidations after Thomson Reuter’s acquisitions of other Bay Area companies. Tri-Star also facilitates removal of surplus furniture and locating liquidators to purchase surplus furniture.
